The well equipped kitchen has all modern appliances including fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, full set of cutlery, crockery and glassware etc. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. We have 3 spacious bedrooms all with ceiling fans (sleeping for 6 adults) one being a master (king bed) en suite facilities including a large walk in double shower with his and hers sinks and a toilet. The second bedroom is a queen and is next to the second family bathroom with a shower over bath, his and her sinks and a toilet. The third bedroom (opposite family bathroom) has twin beds and themed bedding especially for the children and a games console. All of the bedrooms have walk in wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and dressers so ample space for your clothes and personal belongings. All bedrooms have TV???s with cable channels. There is also plenty of clean towels and bed linen for your use. For your families safety the condo is fitted with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. All of the community facilities are free for you to use, we have the large heated (during winter months) swimming pool with comfy sun loungers, tables and chairs with ample space to sunbath, a covered heated Jacuzzi/spa for you to relax after a long day at the parks. Or why not send the children to the games room equipped with a full size pool table, table soccer and wireless internet access, or you could spend some time relaxing at the Resort Clubhouse with its seating area and 42 inch plasma TV. If however your feeling energetic why not try the fitness room or the volleyball court. It is a peaceful oasis apart from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando theme parks, but at the same time being on the doorstep of all the major attractions and minutes from several championship golf courses. The double garage houses the large washing machine and tumble drier. Dining Area The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs for more formal meals. Master Bedroom This large master suite has a queen size bed, its own Cable TV with VCR, Walk in wardrobe and patio doors leading straight onto the covered lanai. Perfect for those early morning coffees. Adjacent is the luxury master bathroom featuring a garden tub and separate walk-in shower.
