This Florida pool home, has a extended pool area with a 30ftx15ft SOUTH FACING POOL & SPA that backs onto open space not other villas. There is privacy fencing down both sides of the pool area to ensure that you can relax in the pool area without being overlooked.
There's nothing quite like a relaxing dip in the spa after enjoying a round of golf at nearby Champions Gate golf course, a fun filled day at Disney or any of Orlando,s other attractions,. Extra decking gives plenty of space for private sunbathing.
GAMES ROOM
The games room has plenty of entertainment for when you are not visiting the many delights that Florida has to offer. There is a 7ft POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY TABLE and ELECTRONIC DARTS. Its lots of fun!! Challenge the other members of your party to a mini tournement.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms in this luxury rental villa are top class and very spacious. The regal Master bedroom is 21ft x 15ft and has a KING SIZE BED, 27in Cable TV, VCR, DVD comfly seating and ensuite bathroom. The second master bedroom has aKING SIZE BED, 27in Cable TV, DVD and its own ensuite bathroom. The 3rd master has a QUEEN SIZE BED, 27 in Cable TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom, which leads out onto the pool area . There are also two twin bedrooms with 20in Cable TVs. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity sinks. All bedrooms have fans a well as being air conditioned. Windwood Dream villa has the added luxury of a downstairs powder room. There should be no arguments over who is always in the bathroom in this spacious home.
KITCHEN & BREAKFAST NOOK
The Kitchen of this luxury Florida villa is fully equipped to cater for up to twelve people. With a microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and cooking utensils. You can always eat in if you don't fancy dining out. This stunning Orlando Home has plenty of seating with two dining areas each seating 6 people and three bar stools at the island, between the family room and the kitchen. The sunny breakfast nook, which seats six, has patio doors opening onto the extended pool area with plenty of pool furniture for all the family.

After a hectic day at Disney you can relax in any of this luxury villas 3 family seating areas. The family room has a large 52in screen cable TV, VCR and DVD. Cinema surround sound is to be added in November 2005. The 2nd seating area, next to the dining room, provides a restful retreat for the adults whilst the children will enjoy the electronics games in the upstairs loft area. These include a COMPUTER with INTERNET ACCESS, & PLAYSTATION 2 with games.
