- The Springs is located in Fort Myers, Florida. The Springs of San Carlos is a small complex consisting of eight single-story buildings with four condos in each. Each building has a center courtyard leading to each entrance, with a patio located on the backside of the condo. We are centrally located close to all beaches and shopping. And within walking distance there is shopping and restaurants. The closest golf course is less than one mile away.
There is plenty of room to breathe, stretch your legs, and take in a game of tennis. Or you can take a dip in our large heated pool; or just bask in the sun while listening to some music. You might decide to exercise in our fitness room, and then go to our library for a book to take back to your condo to read. If the mood strikes you, challenge one of your family members to a game of pool or table tennis in the main clubhouse room.
As the sun is setting you might want to take a walk across the Springs Pond bridge, and listen to the frogs and gators talk swamp talk.

The area has many other attractions such as Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, fine dining, golf, Buccaneers, Devil Rays, Lightening, spring training camps, greyhound racing, bingo, gambling, antique shops, auctions, Dali and Ringing museums.
The Island is 5 miles east of Anna Maria Island into Tampa Bay/Gulf of Mexico. Access is by boat. We will help you to the island upon arrival and will help you off upon departure. Boat rentals are available.
Mainland parking has easy access to I-275 and is fifteen minutes by car from St. Petersburg, Sarasota/Bradenton. Forty-five minutes to TIA, Tampa.
